Balik dari sekolah PASTI

Today is Monday. On Monday, Ahmad IQbal is wearing PE t-shirt because he is having PE ( physical edueducation). Today is 5 years old session for PE.

Sometimes his teacher gives homework but most of the time, they doesn't have.

This is his first year at PASTI kindergarten, Parit Bilal, Tg. Gading.

 Hari ni hari isnin. Ahmad iqbal baru balik dari sekolah. Hari ni pakai baju sukan bagi pelajar 5 tahun. Balik dari sekolah dia terus siapkan kerja sekolah.

Ahmad Iqbal will be 2 years old (24 months) by end of this month. He is growing and I’m proud of him. He is now very talkative and start repeating almost every single words said by umi and dad.

We are planning to spend holidays somewhere in Cherating (Pahang) or maybe in Kuala Terengganu or Marang. His big brother, Adam Harith will join us for the birthday celebration. It’s been nearly a year Ahmad Iqbal haven’t his big brother, due to my new job hectic life as an architect.

Even I’m busy, I’m trying my best to spend my time especially weekend to guide and teach Ahmad Iqbal on many aspects. Lucky me, he is a fast learner and can catch up easily what has been taught. I believe this is all related to his full breast feeding and extra food taken.

Me and my wife are so lucky because we save a lot of money because of the full breast feed. I still remember during bad days couple months ago, when my business dropped. During that moment Ahmad Iqbal still an infant. Otherwise, we have to get infant formula brands like his cousin. His cousin, Nurul Syuhadah fully depends on the infant formula as she can’t accept her mum’s milk. Besides, her mum is working.

Nurul Syuhadah family categorized as medium low income. They can’t simply buy expensive baby formula milk. Her dad always tries to get best baby formulas but comes with discount baby formula. I always remind him not simply buy random feeding baby formula just because they are cheap. He must check the status of the baby food formula , either they are nutritionally complete and meets the nutritional guidelines determined by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or Malaysian Standard.

When I have this thought, I’m still lucky because I don’t have to get any baby formulas milk or even a hypoallergenic baby formula for Ahmad Iqbal. He grow well even he had a complication when born.

Thanks God for giving my wife healthy breast that keep producing milk until now.

Ahmad Iqbal will be 10 months by end of this month. He grow very fast. His weight also gain really well. He start to understand lizard, bird and ball when I asked "where is the lizard?" He also start to understand the word "no".

He really enjoy waving hand at mum and daddy when we say bye-bye. He start developing his memory and understanding languages at this stage. He blabbering a lots and enjoy it!

But the problem now is all his clothes are not suitable anymore compare to his body size. Perhaps we can find some baby boy cloth this week.. Can't wait to try the cloth in baby fitting room.. lol

Baby progress on 6th months

Ahmad Iqbal is 6 month already. He now can pronounce ba.. ba.. ba.. sound. At his age, baby should be able to grab object, when they see another object, they will let off from their hand to get the one they just saw.

This is the best time for us to start feeding them with solid food. Start with 'blend soft porridge' - mixture of rice, potato, carrot, or any other cereals are good. Avoid salt and sugar- the kidney still can't accept those.

I start eating

I just turned 6 months old on 29th April last week. My mom start feeding me. She said that I'm hungry baby. Before the meal, I was fully breast feed.

What she gave me for the meal? Mum boil some rice with potato and carrot. Then, she mix up with some anchovies to make the taste better. Those mixture blended because I still didn't grow my tooth yet. So far, I can accept the food, but dad doesn't like it. Wait till I grow up, I will ask for an ice cream.. :)

Siapa saya?

Nama saya Ahmad Iqbal bin Rosmansham. Lahir pada 29 Oktober 2010 di Hospital Muar. Kelahiran saya ke dunia ini telah diduga dengan ujian Allah swt di mana saya telah di tempatkan ke wad bayi (nursery) sejurus lahir. Ini disebabkan masalah yang timbul akibat kekurangan oksigen ketika keluar. Masalah yang timbul, saya mendapat sawan dan doktor serta kakitangan wad bayi telah memberi bantuan pernafasan serta pelbagai jenisubatan bagi memulihkan keadaan.

Alhamdulillah, setelah bebrapa hari bergelut dengan 'situasi 50-50', akhirnya saya dapat keluar dari wad tanpa masalah pernafasan atau pun sawan. Sejuta penghargaan kepada para doktor, jururawat serta kakitangan hospital. Tanpa bantuan mereka, tanpa izin Allah, mungkin saya tidak ada lagi didunia pada tika ini.

Insyaallah saya akan kembali lagi dengan cerita lain pada masa depan. Wasalam.
