Bagaimana memulakan bisnes?

 Angah di Pasar malam Stadium, Muar

a. Kumpul modal beli barang (PRODUK), cth; sikat RM1, jual RM2, untung RM1, profit margin 50% daripada jualan. (PRODUK)

b. Kumpul modal, beli peralatan, mulakan perniagaan, cth kedai gunting rambut, DJ majlis kahwin. Modal  hanya diperlu ketika memulakan bisnes, kemudiannya hanya memerlukan tenaga (SERVIS).

c. Sertai MLM - mempromosi produk / dan mencari downline.

d. Mencari client - semakin banyak pelanggan, pendapatan dikira sebagai komisen upah setiap kepala. Contoh: eTiQa Takaful dan pelbagai produk 'life insurans', mutual fund dll. Biasanya ini hampir tidak memerlukan modal (Jumlah wang yang kecil diperlukan untuk tambang (pengangkutan), photostat dan makan minum).

e. Broker - upah (komisen) mencari pembeli. Contoh - kereta, rumah, tanah dll. Juga hampir tiada modal untuk memulaknnya.


Contoh-contoh di atas adalah antara idea bagaimana langkah awal memulakan perniagaan. Usah kita hendak terjun terus kepada niali beribu-ribu, atau mungkin juta-juta. Timba dahulu pengalaman kerana ia adalah 'guru' yang tak ternilai.

    kenwooi> Personally, I agree if we find a guru or sifoo before jump into business. I have good time and hard time running my own bisnes. Sometimes it goes so smooth, sometimes I'm struggling with my wrong judgment.

    tak minat sangat lah bisnes offline ni, kalau online boleh lah..boleh mula dengan jual produk orang dulu, buat affiliate pun boleh senang kalau kena caranya.

    MISS INTAN HAMDAN> Go to http://www.ssm.com.my/ to register your company online. The cheapest will be RM50 for your 'own name' company and RM70 for 'unique company name' (per year).

    if you like to do it at the SSM ofice, find your nearest branch.
