On 3 May 2010, more descriptive values for item condition are being introduced into selected categories to provide sellers with further options to more accurately describe the state of their items. This may help to reduce the amount of buyers' questions.
In addition, the new detailed values will help listings to be found when buyers filter their search results.

I admit sometimes potential customers keep asking about item condition, while it's already described. Perhaps new improvement from ebay will make seller job much easier.
